It is in the interest of NCSA to publicize anticipated contract actions to meet NATO requirements.
The purpose of this web page section is to increase competition, to broaden the participation of industry in meeting NCSA requirements and to identify companies qualified to provide goods and services up to the value of € 152,000.00 excluding VAT.
To that purpose, vendors will need to express their interest in receiving the relevant bidding documents to the NCSA Purchase and Contracting Branch, referring to the specific Invitation for Bidding (IFB) Number.
Vendors are required to register with NCSA P&C Branch directly. Firms interested in a particular bid that have not yet been registered with the NCSA P&C Branch must submit an application for vendor registration referring to the list of categories and classes of goods and services, along with detailed information demonstrating experience and qualifications in provision of the relevant commodities/services. Submitting an Expression Of Interest (EOI) does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation.
As a general rule, the Contracting Officer will allow all eligible, interested and responsible companies to compete for NATO business.
The criteria for determination of Contractor Eligibility and Responsibility are defined by the NCSA Directive 60-70.
Furthermore, please note that NCSA is an operational military command and organization. Occasionally, due to time constraints, the contract action could be advertised with short notice.
Notices posted to this website do not constitute formal IFB. NCSA reserves the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time for any purpose.
